Josie Howden

Ever since I can remember I have had a desire to create artwork and have strived to improve with each piece. I took art courses throughout all of grade school (just pretend that they weren’t required in elementary school) and in high school I really started to hone my craft. It was then when I started gaining a slowly growing list of requests and I began taking commissions.

Since graduating, I have continued to create art both for myself and for others full time. I’ve grown fond of acrylic paint and watercolor, and my favorite medium is graphite pencil. I am in love with drawing all things wrinkly, from pillows, to shirts, to my bulldog Sophie (who appears more than anything or anyone else in my portfolio). She is my favorite subject to paint and draw, and she knows it.

I hope you enjoy the selection of work I have displayed here, and if you would like to commission something from me, you can visit my contact page on where you can find my request form and my email. I’m excited to see what you send me!

Note: You may have noticed the “By Edwin E” section of my portfolio. Edwin Eubodock (or Eddie as he’s known to close friends) is the pseudonym I use for my personal portfolio. Those works are very different than what I’m known for, so they go under a different name.
